Project Implementation Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Space Coast, Florida; preferred location is Merritt Island, Florida. Significant travel of 25%–50% is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate resources and activities for real property transactions from site due diligence through lease execution, occupancy, and close-out.
• Inspect and evaluate Landlord's Work during construction and build-out against lease requirements, approved plans, and quality standards.
• Lead commissioning, final inspections, punch-list walkthroughs, formal acceptance, and sign-off activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed transaction schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, budgets, risks, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Operations, Legal, brokers, landlords, contractors, and third-party consultants.
• Maintain project documentation governance and report progress, risks, variances, inspection findings, and acceptance readiness to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions, project management, or an owner's representative capacity.
• Demonstrated experience inspecting and approving construction or Landlord's Work deliverables, coordinating commissioning, punch-list management, formal sign-off, and close-out documentation.
• Experience managing due diligence, site evaluations, property assessments, project schedules, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis.
• Working knowledge of design, permitting, construction, commissioning, leases, construction drawings, and contract language; proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• Owner's representative experience overseeing Landlord's Work inspection, commissioning, and formal acceptance.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, Bluebeam Revu, lease negotiations, and transaction structuring.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
• Self-starter with sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced, schedule-driven environments.
