Sr. Software Development Engineer - Full Stack (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features for employee-facing platforms across frontend, backend, and database technologies.
• Develop and maintain business-system applications, integrations, and configurations for Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Build scalable integrations with enterprise applications using Boomi and Workato.
• Implement software engineering practices including code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Develop automation workflows and AI/ML capabilities, including AI agents, to improve business processes and employee experience.
• Provide operational support, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development for enterprise applications.
• Technical leadership experience in day-to-day engineering work and critical projects.
• Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, and one backend language or runtime such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience integrating Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow, including custom applications, REST/SOAP integrations, and scripting modules.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful API development, DevOps practices, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a commitment to clean, maintainable, and documented code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Boomi or Workato.
• Experience implementing automation and AI/ML features within business systems.
