What you will do

• Lead the delivery of production-grade systems, reference architectures, and custom AI/ML applications for strategic customers.
• Own end-to-end architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to provide product feedback and resolve technical issues.
• Embed with customer teams and stakeholders, from technical ICs to executives, to understand challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to scale impact and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and understanding of its runtime internals.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI APIs, and the design of end-to-end data architectures.
• Based in Berlin or Munich, Germany and available for 20% travel.
