Associate - .Net Fullstack Engineer (Azure)

Location: Hyderabad; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days available for work from home. Shift: 1PM–10PM or 2PM–11PM.

What you will do

• Build and deliver end-to-end platform components, including data pipelines, backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications.
• Design scalable data systems for ingestion, transformation, analytics, event-driven architectures, and real-time processing.
• Modernize the technology stack and contribute to Azure-based cloud-native architecture, microservices, and API-first solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and investment teams to translate credit workflows into technical solutions and own delivery end to end.
• Apply generative AI to improve engineering efficiency and enable intelligent product capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and promote CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, DevSecOps, and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering business-critical distributed production systems.
• Senior, Staff, or Principal-level experience designing complex enterprise, cloud-native, or financial technology platforms.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, gRPC, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/data pipelines, event-driven systems, microservices, domain-driven design, and messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Strong Azure experience, including Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, Terraform or Bicep, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency with Python, relational and NoSQL databases, automated testing, TDD, observability, security, and performance optimization. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
