Software Engineer Senior (.Net,Angular)

What you will do

• Lead and manage large software engineering projects and systems focused on performance, responsiveness, resource utilization, and high workloads.
• Analyze, design, develop, debug, and test software enhancements and new products.
• Define system requirements with product managers and users and participate in software design meetings.
• Drive new features and enhancements while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous process improvement.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level technical team members.
• Solve complex technical problems and influence technology direction, policies, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience and recognized subject-matter expertise.
• Required experience with .NET Core, Angular, MVC, API development, and SQL Server.
• Understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI, with the ability to use these technologies to improve daily productivity and quality.
• Knowledge of financial services, end-to-end software development lifecycles, Scaled Agile, Scrum, design patterns, and their application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, estimation, team management, and time management skills.

• Experience with Python.
