What you will do

• Develop and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-driven contract management platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to ship scalable solutions.
• Take full ownership of multiple functional areas from development to production.
• Contribute to teammate success through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years experience with a web development framework (Python: Flask, Django, or FastAPI preferred).
• 5+ years experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Elasticsearch.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Java for backend and TypeScript for frontend.
• Familiarity with the architecture of modern distributed systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
