Location: Pleasanton, California, USA; hybrid Flex Work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field
Salary: $176,000–$264,000 USD annual base salary for Pleasanton; additional US locations and Colorado have separate ranges.

What you will do
- Build and expand an AI-driven contract management platform for legal and business teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams on product strategy and delivery.
- Own multiple functional areas across development and production operations.
- Deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that support ’s AI capabilities and product suite.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to iterative engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of front-end development experience with strong React and JavaScript proficiency.
- 5+ years of experience with a web development framework, with Python and Flask, Django, or FastAPI preferred.
- 5+ years of relational database experience, with PostgreSQL preferred.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments; AWS is preferred.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, Docker, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Java for backend development and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development.
- Experience translating ambiguous, complex problems into clear solutions.
