Sr. Financial Analyst (3 open roles total) - (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

Location: Hybrid in downtown Seattle, Washington; in-office attendance required 4 days per week.

Salary: $80,000–$132,000 annual, with potential performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term planning and performance analysis, including close and variance analysis.
• Build and improve financial models and scalable planning and forecasting tools using KPIs and multiple data sources.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional business leaders to support strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Present financial insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Improve processes, automate reporting, and maintain reconciliation, controls, accuracy, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate Senior Financial Analyst or related analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, close variance analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, prioritization, independent-working, communication, and data storytelling skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on controls, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience presenting financial data to senior or executive leadership.
