Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with in-office work required 4 days per week at 1600 7th Avenue, downtown Seattle, Washington

Salary: $80,000–$132,000 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses

What you will do

• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term planning and analysis, including close and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and scalable planning and forecasting tools using KPIs and multiple data sources.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional business leaders to support strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Present financial analyses, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Improve reporting processes, automation, data controls, reconciliation, and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate Senior Financial Analyst or related analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, close variance analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and independent working skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, controls, and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience presenting financial data to senior or executive leadership.
• Experience supporting Corporate FP&A, hirify.global Stores, or Store Operations.
