Senior Automation Technician (Warehouse Robotics)

Location: Regular on-site work at a client warehouse in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, United States; locations also listed in Allentown, New Jersey, United States.

What you will do

• Oversee maintenance of robots, machines, and conveyors installed in client warehouses.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance and monitor installation performance.
• Work independently and collaboratively to maintain a 99% system availability target.
• Interact with on-site clients, provide operations advice, and perform maintenance.
• Assist with installation and deployment of new systems and machines.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate additional assistance when required.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally with exposure to robotics.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance operations and engineering, or a strong interest in working with robotics systems.
• Strong organization, composure, and quality focus during high-stress incidents and escalations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with client leadership and de-escalating situations.
• Ability to work on-site in a client warehouse and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights up to 50 ft, and operating lifts rated for 250 lbs including tools and equipment.
