Sr Business Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support annual strategic planning with data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and performance tracking.
• Manage product organization operating rhythms, including quarterly business reviews.
• Improve workflows and coordination across Product Management, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Technology Services.
• Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and operational reporting tools.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership presentations, strategic reviews, and planning discussions.
• Track organizational goals and support continuous improvement of the internal resource allocation tool.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, finance, or business operations, with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, revenue planning, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar analytics and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
