What you will do

• Conduct complex strategic analysis to inform executive and Board-level decisions across the Customer Office.
• Build sophisticated financial and operational scenario models to evaluate strategic alternatives and quantify business impact.
• Develop scalable analytical frameworks and self-service tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Manage annual planning, capacity modeling, and integrated revenue forecasts.
• Lead recurring business reviews and develop executive-ready reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews and Board meetings.
• Partner with Business Intelligence to create scalable dashboards and ensure operational data governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or operations.
• 7+ years of experience within SaaS, specifically in GTM, Customer Success, Support, or Services Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Deep expertise in advanced Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with CRM and CS software such as Salesforce, Clari/Gong, or Gainsight/Totango.
• Proven ability to communicate and present findings at the executive level.
