Senior Maintenance Technician (Warehouse Automation & Robotics)

Location: Regular on-site work at a client warehouse in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, United States; additional listed location: Allentown, New Jersey, United States.

What you will do

• Oversee maintenance of robots, machines, and conveyors installed in client warehouses.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and monitor installation performance.
• Maintain system availability targets of 99% independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
• Provide operational advice and maintenance support to on-site clients.
• Assist with installation and deployment of new systems and machines.
• Respond to equipment emergencies and coordinate additional assistance when needed.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally including exposure to robotics.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance operations and engineering.
• Ability to remain organized and composed during high-stress incidents and escalations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with client leadership and de-escalating situations.
• Ability to work regularly on-site at a client warehouse in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
• Ability to use hand tools, lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights up to 50 ft, operate lifts rated for 250 lbs including tools and equipment, and access equipment by stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, and using manual dexterity.
