Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY, Austin, TX, or Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to align financial goals with execution.
• Own financial reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications.
• Lead strategic projects requiring both financial rigor and operational follow-through.
• Streamline internal processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority special projects.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
• Ideally 2 years of experience in a high-growth startup.
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently.
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams and explaining financial concepts.
