Quality Inspector (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Define and execute inspection plans in SAP for repaired components and nacelle refurbishment activities.
• Perform incoming and final inspections of nacelles, generators, and related materials.
• Lead task forces addressing recurring quality failures and escalate improvement proposals.
• Manage nonconformities from identification through follow-up and closure, including supplier corrective actions.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and introduce quality controls for new products and services.

Requirements

• Experience in quality inspection in industrial or service environments, preferably involving wind turbine systems.
• Proficiency in SAP for inspection planning and quality processes.
• Strong understanding of quality processes, inspections, and documentation.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
