What you will do

• Lead onsite quality control processes across all project phases, ensuring performance, functionality, safety, and installation compliance.
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams, including scheduling and partner engagement.
• Identify quality issues proactively and coordinate effective resolution with project stakeholders.
• Implement, monitor, and improve project procedures and quality processes in partnership with the client.
• Lead key meetings, communicate project impacts, and drive alignment with quality expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or demonstrated experience on large-scale international construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP construction, construction quality management, commissioning, and quality control testing.
• Experience with data centre or industrial construction environments and critical installation standards.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, BIM, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to audit contractor certifications and ensure compliance with governing standards.
