Production Team Lead for Evening Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the production facility in Greve, Denmark. Evening shift hours are approximately 14:00/15:00–22:00/23:00 Monday to Thursday and 11:00/12:00–17:00/18:00 on Fridays; the final schedule is being established.

What you will do

• Lead colleagues and take operational responsibility for the evening production shift.
• Operate high-tech production machinery in a cleanroom facility.
• Clean and disinfect process equipment and production facilities.
• Perform final testing and inspection of filters.
• Work in small, self-managing production teams while documenting production activities.
• Help establish and develop an independent evening shift.

Requirements

• Thorough and responsible approach to work in a high-quality, high-hygiene production environment.
• Technical aptitude or practical experience in manufacturing.
• Previous team lead experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good English language skills are required.
• Motivation to learn quickly from day-shift colleagues and work independently.

Nice to have

• Danish language skills.
