Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid

Salary: $80,000–$88,000 annually for candidates located in Illinois, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Advise the recruiting team on LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing best practices.
• Monitor sourcing activity, project progress, and recruiting metrics using Smartsheet and related tools.
• Analyze sourcing data and provide recruiting insights through reports using LinkedIn Talent Insights and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition sourcing, or a similar recruiting-focused role.
• Proficiency with recruitment software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Moderate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities confidentially and under pressure.
