What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with Hong Kong-based institutional investors, including banks, asset managers, securities firms, insurers, and official institutions.
• Provide institutional clients with market insights and updates while understanding their investment and risk-management objectives.
• Market and distribute global fixed income products, strategies, and solutions aligned with client needs.
• Identify investment opportunities and support the growth of the institutional fixed income franchise in Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver individual and team financial results.
• Follow internal compliance policies and risk-control protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Global Markets, Fixed Income, or Institutional Sales; candidates with more experience may be considered for Vice President level.
• Solid knowledge of global markets, particularly foreign exchange, rates, and credit.
• Established relationships with Hong Kong-based institutional investors are advantageous.
• Strong client-management, communication, business-development, commercial, and regulatory-awareness skills.
• Native Cantonese and fluent English and Mandarin required.
