Associate Foreign Exchange Sales

Location: San Jose, CA; onsite, full-time

Salary: $100,490–$124,133 annually, depending on job location. The role may also include an annual bonus or incentives and restricted stock.

What you will do

• Develop foreign exchange opportunities through portfolio reviews, internal referrals, relationship development, and proactive business development.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management partners, and other internal stakeholders.
• Review client portfolios to identify currency exposures, international payment activity, and opportunities to increase FX utilization.
• Present market developments, currency trends, economic themes, FX solutions, educational sessions, and eFX platform demonstrations.
• Manage assigned opportunities through CRM updates, pipeline maintenance, forecasting, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client onboarding and implementation with Credit, Operations, Middle Office, Compliance, Legal, and other partner teams while following FX governance standards.

Requirements

• No related experience is required; relevant fields include commercial banking, treasury management, financial services, business development, capital markets, corporate finance, consulting, and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage business development activities, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California, in a full-time role.
