Global Transaction Banking Cash Management Sales (Fintech)

Base pay range: $185,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead origination and support for cash management sales within the US.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payments, receivables, liquidity management, competitor products, and compliance regulations.
• Manage transactions from origination through execution and coordinate with global account offices on marketing plans.
• Define and execute the product development roadmap, including product customization, implementation, servicing, and enhancements.
• Build relationships with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Treasury, Change Management, Operations, and Corporate Banking stakeholders.
• Evaluate product opportunities, create procedures and client materials, and maintain reports covering revenue, costs, profitability, and market penetration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• Cash management subject matter expertise across payments, receivables, liquidity management, and compliance regulations.
• 6+ years of cash management product development experience.
• 6+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, risk evaluation, and loan documentation.
• Strong client relationship, marketing presentation, sales, closing, strategic planning, and product lifecycle management skills.
