Senior AR Analyst (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage cash application processes across all company codes, including payment portals, bank statement monitoring, cash postings, and unapplied cash resolution.
• Oversee billing processes and billing checklists to ensure accurate and timely completion according to contracts and payment terms.
• Track department metrics and partner with the Reporting COE team to create and maintain AR dashboards for senior finance and business leaders.
• Provide accounting support to Shared Services by helping reconcile out-of-balance systems across multiple ERP platforms.
• Monitor service-level agreements for the Business Process Outsource group and manage escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, or a high school diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
