Location: Hybrid in Greenwood Village, United States, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Salary: $80,000–$107,000 per year for the Denver area; the range may vary by location.

What you will do
- Oversee payment, credit, adjustment, and customer-account reconciliations for complex licensee accounts.
- Prepare weekly accounts receivable and open-licensee reporting, explain overdue balances, and support collections.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and executive review summaries.
- Apply accounting policies, US GAAP, ASC 606, SOX controls, and audit requirements across assigned processes.
- Partner with royalty, compliance, product, technical, program, and IT teams on reporting, invoicing, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Identify process improvements, participate in system upgrades and testing, and document new procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, royalty accounting, accounts receivable, financial analysis, licensing operations, or comparable roles.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Experience managing complex accounts, analyzing large financial data sets, and leading process improvements.
- Ability to work from the Greenwood Village office at least three days per week.
Nice to have
- CPA or another accounting or analytical certification.
- SAP, partnership, or public-company experience.
- Experience mentoring colleagues, leading projects, or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
