Accounts Payable Manager

Location: Rochester, New York, United States; hybrid schedule after in-person training

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the accounts payable team, functions, and processes.
• Collaborate with project staff and the accounting team.
• Generate financial reports and analyze data to provide financial guidance.
• Support accounts payable processes and complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Five years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and complete tasks by assigned deadlines.
• Ability to work with all organizational levels and external vendors.
