Senior Recruiter with German

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-senior, senior, and executive-level roles across Germany and European markets.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping, and multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct screening and competency-based interviews while maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Provide talent-market intelligence, recruitment metrics, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate offer negotiations, ensure compliance, and support recruitment technology and AI-enabled improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an international corporate environment, RPO, or recruitment agency.
• Experience recruiting for complex, niche, senior-level, or executive positions.
• German proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and relationship building with senior leaders.
• Strong organization, prioritization, data interpretation, and recruitment-metrics skills.

• Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
• Knowledge of technology, IT services, consulting, or digital transformation hiring.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-powered recruitment solutions.
