Senior Recruiter

Location: Bucharest, Romania — onsite at the Bucharest-Pipera Headquarters

What you will do

• Drive candidate attraction and talent-pipelining initiatives while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruitment needs, refine job descriptions, and design sourcing strategies.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market intelligence.
• Manage full-lifecycle selection, including application screening, STAR-based interviews, scheduling, and assessment centers.
• Coordinate job offers with local HR business partners and support smooth onboarding transitions.
• Represent the company at career events and university workshops, contribute to employer-branding programs, and report on recruitment KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, technology, or services environment.
• Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Understanding of employment contracts, probation periods, GDPR, and basic labor legislation, alongside strong communication, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications or specialized courses in HR Management, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Management.
