ERP Application Developer (Workday)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Configure and optimize Workday across HCM and Finance.
• Design advanced and composite reports, calculated fields, business processes, and condition rules.
• Support Workday integrations, tenant management, and platform release processes.
• Develop lightweight applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clean, maintainable production solutions.
• Contribute to code and design reviews and mentor more junior engineers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.
• New H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least five years of Workday technical experience; the position lists six or more years of overall experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced and composite reports, plus calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Experience configuring business processes and condition rules, with a strong understanding of the Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend, alongside strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications.
• Workday Extend application development experience.
• Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
• Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.
