Starting base pay: $85,731β$105,903 per year

What you will do
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP applications and custom solutions using ABAP.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA initiatives, including custom code remediation, clean core practices, and modernization using Fiori, OData, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into moderately complex applications in collaboration with analysts, users, project leaders, and developers.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, outage and job-failure support, and ongoing maintenance of application code.
- Create solution designs, technical documentation, installation and troubleshooting guides, and end-user training materials.
- Support application improvements, technical discussions, implementations, and day-to-day issue resolution.
Requirements
- Remote work from Wisconsin, United States.
- 2β4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience developing and supporting SAP applications using ABAP.
- Two-year associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; four-year bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of technical systems and environment-specific functionality.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, OData Services, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Knowledge of SAP custom code remediation, modernization, clean core principles, and extensibility concepts.
- Experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP Test Cockpit.
- Familiarity with SAP Joule for Developers or AI-assisted development tools.
