Senior Atlassian Solution Developer/Engineer

Location: Remote within the United States; US citizenship required

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into Atlassian configurations and scalable solutions.
• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Jira and Confluence environments.
• Design workflows, dashboards, advanced filters, forms, reports, custom fields, screens, permissions, and notifications.
• Support the migration from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Government Cloud.
• Document system processes and configurations and deliver user training.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to improve collaboration, workflows, and mission delivery.

Requirements

• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development or operations teams
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and their implementation in Jira
• Experience creating dashboards and advanced filters for performance metrics and operational insights
• Experience supporting customers in federal consulting or government contracting environments

Nice to have

• Atlassian certifications, such as Jira Administrator or Confluence Administrator
• Experience with Atlassian plug-ins, extensions, integrations, Confluence spaces, templates, and Jira integration
• Experience gathering business requirements, optimizing workflows, and aligning configurations with business processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience creating training materials
