Senior Workday Core HR Developer (Workday)

What you will do

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and data interfaces.
• Configure Workday security, role assignments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support end users, and maintain system stability.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployments, data validation, EIB data loads, and integration activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, business process configuration, Workday security, calculated fields, custom and advanced reporting, and EIB.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting production environments and end users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, or Payroll modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Workday Certification.
