Fulltime Recruitment Contractor

What you will do

• Own full life cycle recruiting from intake, sourcing, and screening through interview coordination and offer management.
• Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate feedback, and drive hiring decisions.
• Independently manage a requisition load of 15–25 active roles with minimal ramp-up time.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to streamline workflows, communication, and candidate evaluation.
• Provide pipeline updates and hiring manager reporting while maintaining a consistent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Experience managing a full requisition load with minimal onboarding time.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve recruiting workflows.
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, preferably iCIMS, and structured interview processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Comfort working as a contractor with limited ramp time and clear deliverables.
