Technical Recruiter, R&D & AI (12-Month Project)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $94,000–$146,000 annual base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles from intake through offer, including sourcing and technical screening.
• Partner with the R&D recruiting team to divide requisition coverage and maintain consistent hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Recruit for AI initiatives and develop sourcing strategies for competitive technical and AI talent markets.
• Use recruitment metrics and market insights to advise hiring managers on pipeline health, talent availability, and competitive positioning.
• Lead calibration meetings, refine requirements, align candidate profiles, and set interview standards.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and represent hirify.global’s technical work accurately to candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience for complex R&D roles in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles or the ability to quickly learn the relevant talent market and sourcing channels.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers, influencing decisions with data, and working effectively in a small collaborative recruiting team.
• Strong compensation benchmarking, communication, and candidate experience skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and using metrics to guide recruiting strategy.
