What you will do

• Own and elevate hiring velocity, execution, and impact across all levels including executive search
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
• Source creatively across channels and experiment with AI-powered recruitment tools
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects company ambition and values
• Track, analyze, and improve hiring metrics and processes to scale talent acquisition strategy

Requirements

• Location: London with hybrid work requiring 3 days in-office
• Visa sponsorship available
• Experience owning hiring strategy and executing recruitment at scale
• Creative sourcing skills beyond traditional job boards and LinkedIn
• Interest and curiosity in AI and its application in recruitment
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
