Senior IT Support Engineer

Location: London, United Kingdom; onsite five days a week. Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Deliver first- and second-line IT support for the London office while contributing to global support initiatives.
• Provide rapid, high-touch support to executive team members.
• Administer access management with Okta and Terraform.
• Manage the full macOS and Windows device lifecycle, including endpoint security and updates.
• Introduce AI productivity tools such as Claude and improve employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain office network connectivity, meeting-room audiovisual equipment, knowledge-base documentation, and local hardware and software vendor processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience resolving complex technical issues in dynamic environments.
• Practical IT support experience or a relevant degree.
• Ability to work onsite in the London office five days a week.
• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience supporting enterprise macOS and Windows environments and familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Intune, Jira, or Workspace ONE.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-centric roles or technical support desks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics.
