Secure Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Melbourn, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom; on-site five days a week with some travel to other offices

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for users in a secure environment and escalate requests when needed.
• Provide technical support and input to team projects.
• Support business-critical systems and help maintain secure, available IT environments.
• Create clear reports demonstrating usage of supported environments.
• Follow strict processes for data management and IT service integrity.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing IT support role, including ticket handling and interaction with users of different seniority and technical proficiency.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Azure, Office 365, and Intune.
• Ability to create and follow clear, concise technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• UK single-nationality and at least five years of UK residency are required for the security clearance.
• On-site availability five days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Azure platforms, particularly Azure Virtual Desktops.
