A/R Specialist II (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Poland. The schedule must support collaboration with a US-based team.

What you will do

• Review new and amended customer contracts to validate billing terms, pricing, and schedules.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management to translate order forms and contract terms into accurate billing setups.
• Manage vendor setup forms, vendor portals, and purchase order processes, including verification calls.
• Research and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies, coordinating credit memos and corrected invoices.
• Distribute invoices, monitor receivables, manage dunning campaigns, and conduct proactive collection outreach for aged and high-risk accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close, general accounting operations, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including managing large and complex accounts.
• Hands-on experience with invoice creation, contract review, and revenue or billing reconciliation.
• Availability to structure working hours for collaboration with a US-based team.
• Strong communication, time-management, prioritization, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• SaaS industry experience and knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR.
• Familiarity with Maxio, SaaSOptics, and Tesorio.
