Talent Acquisition Manager (Workday)

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for Workday-related roles, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Extend, and Prism Analytics.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Workday Recruiting and other sourcing platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, interview processes, staffing needs, and selection criteria.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employer branding, career fairs, and university recruiting.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting to optimize sourcing and hiring processes.
• Support the global recruiting team by helping set goals, providing coaching, and aligning recruitment efforts with hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education or talent acquisition certifications are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including recruiting for Workday roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, modules, and functionalities.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies, analyzing recruitment metrics, and preparing reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Advanced education or certifications in talent acquisition or a related field.
