Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC - 1 year contract

What you will do

• Develop and execute the APAC talent acquisition strategy in line with workforce plans and business priorities.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, managerial, and leadership positions across multiple APAC markets.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, social recruiting, and external partnerships.
• Strengthen employer branding through collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and HR teams.
• Advise hiring managers and regional leaders on sourcing, assessment, inclusive hiring, and recruitment decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics, improve processes, manage external agencies, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience, including regional APAC responsibility.
• Experience hiring across diverse markets and functions within a multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, interviewing, and assessment methodologies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions at all levels.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment technologies, and talent analytics.
