Maintenance Performance Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; travel up to 60% to client sites across North America.

What you will do

• Own the performance and reliability of hirify.global systems at client sites.
• Analyze system performance, identify root causes, and create and execute improvement plans.
• Provide level 2 escalation support for non-core products and resolve interoperability issues with clients.
• Plan and execute site software and system updates.
• Coach on-site technicians on maintenance best practices and uptime targets.
• Drive maintenance improvements, collaborate with R&D and product teams, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of robotics maintenance experience, ideally in industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Broad knowledge of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to client sites across North America.
