What you will do

• Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for gas chromatography systems.
• Design and implement assembly and test fixtures to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis on production and field failures to drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and update standardized product drawings through formal change requests.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Field Service teams to ensure instrument performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, TX
• No sponsorship provided
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience or Associate's degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in small electronic assemblies and mechanical packaging.
• Knowledge of Hazardous Area Certification requirements (ATEX, IECEx, NEC).
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
