Budget Analyst B-1 Div (WBN)

What you will do

• Provide financial management support through financial analysis, cost estimating, program integration, and EVM analysis.
• Execute and monitor USAF funds, including budget authority, reprogramming packages, realignment requests, and appropriation guidance.
• Maintain forecasts and reconcile financial transactions using Web CCaR and related financial systems.
• Review MIPRs, MORDs, funding documents, and compliance checklists to support audit readiness and financial controls.
• Develop life-cycle, annual, biennial, source-selection, quick-turn, and other economic cost estimates for acquisition and modification programs.
• Prepare financial reports, charts, presentations, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership and Government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree with 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in DoW/DoD; or bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in DoW/DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in DoW/DoD.
• Proficiency with MOCAS, GAFS, SMART, PMRT, CRIS, ABSS, DTS, SDW, EDA, FMSuite, CCaR, and Web CCaR.
• Experience with Web CCaR forecasting, reconciliation, budget loading, target loads, and preparation of PRs, MORDs, MIPRs, AF Form 616s, and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of appropriation law, the PPBE process, FMR 7000.14R, Air Force financial regulations, and MIPR/MORD procedures.
• Experience with cost-estimating tools such as Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools, PRICE True Planning, Constructive Cost Model, Oracle Crystal Ball, AFTOC, and REMIS.
