Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Revenue & Go-To-Market (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; full-time hybrid

What you will do

• Design and implement AI solutions for Revenue and Go-To-Market business problems.
• Collaborate with domain experts to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations for scalable sales operations.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, then partner with core technical teams to bring validated solutions into production.
• Share AI engineering patterns and best practices across the cross-functional engineering team.
• Shape the roadmap for AI adoption and drive outcome-focused projects that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and building AI-driven workflows in production.
• Business understanding and experience in a business-facing role.
• Solution-oriented, outcome-driven approach with an interest in complex business processes.
• Fluent English communication.

Nice to have

• In-depth expertise with sales technology and CRMs.
• Production experience building on LLM APIs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
• Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar.
