Construction Manager (Datacenter)

What you will do

• Manage construction projects through all delivery phases, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project controls.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs, quality outcomes, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and support contract administration, change management, and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

• Experience in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage or support construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, procurement, and project controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers, commercial or industrial projects, infrastructure, or other mission-critical projects.
