Sales Support Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization and customer service processes.
• Manage customer orders, contracts, quotations, and sales documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking data for business decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvement while following company policies, procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or back-office administration.
• Experience supporting commercial teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, solve problems proactively, and maintain accurate documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, card issuing, financial services, or fintech.
• Familiarity with sales administration, contract management, or order management processes.
• Experience with CRM, sales support, or reporting tools.
