Inside Sales Specialist (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Support the sales team across customer selling, sales support, project, and account management activities.
• Handle customer correspondence by phone and email and build long-term client relationships.
• Enter and confirm orders, provide shipment and stock information, and respond to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to prioritize orders and resolve sales, service, delivery, and special-requirement issues.
• Create and maintain price offers and pricelists with project managers, product managers, and engineering.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach focused on customer satisfaction.
