Sr. Sales Support Specialist

Location: Brno, Czech Republic; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home

What you will do

• Enter and maintain customer purchase orders received through email and customer portals.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues across multiple channels.
• Provide product, pricing, service, shipping, and delivery information to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and update supervisors on assigned tasks and customer requests.
• Create credit memos and miscellaneous invoices while maintaining order accuracy and processing-time targets.
• Follow SOX compliance requirements and apply strong attention to detail throughout order processing.

Requirements

• Prior customer support experience with required B2B experience.
• Experience with order entry and order processing.
• Experience with SAP is required; SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English speaking skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, empathy, patience, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the Czech Republic is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to quickly learn technical, product, and industry knowledge.
