Deal Support Specialist Cyber Security - German speaking

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain opportunities and leads in Magenta-Force (Salesforce).
• Create and process internal sales support orders using workflow tools such as ZDF.
• Support the sales organization throughout the opportunity lifecycle and update statuses and activities.
• Prepare offers, commercial calculations, pricing sheets, and quotations using predefined standards.
• Coordinate smaller sales initiatives, bid activities, tender portals, procurement processes, and DealReg creation.
• Track tasks and deadlines while maintaining accurate deal documentation and coordinating internal bid-team onboarding and collaboration.

Requirements

• German and English at minimum B2 level, spoken and written.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Structured, proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
• Basic understanding of IT and/or cybersecurity topics.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales support, bid management, or back-office operations.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience with commercial calculations, pricing, or quotation support.
• Experience in international corporate environments.
• Familiarity with procurement or tendering processes.
