Future Key Account Manager Program

Location: Prague General Office, Czech Republic; the six-month program can be completed in Prague and includes a hybrid work model with flexible working hours.

Salary: 63,120 CZK gross per month for full-time work.

What you will do

• Co-lead business with a key retailer as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or customer.
• Analyze customer and shopper needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, shelving, and promotions.
• Prepare business plans and participate in external negotiations with retailers such as Albert, Tesco, Alza, and DM.
• Build positive customer relationships and collaborate on space, location, promotion support, assortment, and merchandising strategies.
• Develop negotiating, sales, financial, marketing, analytical, and logistical skills.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, and Product Supply.

Requirements

• Business or technical student in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year, or a recent graduate.
• Advanced Czech and/or Slovak and English language skills.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, analytical thinking, interpersonal cooperation, and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude toward challenges and change, with experience in international cooperation such as student exchanges or voluntary work.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• CV must be submitted in English.
