Sales Support Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; hybrid work arrangements available

What you will do

• Provide prompt, accurate, and consistent support to customers and internal teams.
• Guide financing transactions through credit decisions, agreement creation, and data gathering.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on leasing processes and deliver tailored financing solutions.
• Partner with sales teams on customer programs and provide strategic recommendations throughout the agreement lifecycle.
• Calculate rates, navigate system processes, and facilitate customer onboarding and training.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of customer relationship or financial services experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong active listening, accuracy, organization, time management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
