What you will do

• Maintain supplier data, contact details, certifications, and compliance information.
• Communicate with international suppliers and service providers, following up on open topics and responses.
• Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and seasonal performance assessment processes.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze supplier performance data and help identify improvement areas.
• Maintain contract documentation, monitor deadlines, and support invoice, reporting, and administrative processes.
• Prepare presentations, guidelines, and communication materials while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in apparel or textile technology, fashion management, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence working with data and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in supplier management, quality management, purchasing, production, or the fashion industry.
• German language skills.
