Working Student Supply Planning

What you will do

• Process orders with factories and external suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain shipping and order documentation, including packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, letters of credit, and order details.
• Monitor minimum order quantities, production lead times, capacity, and related supply planning requirements.
• Maintain SAP master data and transactional entries, including orders, delivery dates, and goods receipts.
• Perform ad hoc Excel analyses, prepare documentation and presentations, and support supply chain projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business administration or a comparable field.
• Understanding of procurement processes and motivation to learn more.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and affinity for numbers.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
