What you will do

• Manage order processing with factories and external suppliers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee documentation including shipping papers, letters of credit, and order details.
• Maintain master data and transactional entries within SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform ad-hoc Excel analyses to support supply chain decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with production lead times, capacity requirements, and minimum order quantities.
• Support the department with administrative tasks and project implementation.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an affinity for numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
