Working Student Procurement (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin or Munich, Germany; remote work may be available within Germany.

What you will do

• Maintain supplier and material master data in Ivalua and SAP MM.
• Support purchase order follow-ups, commercial reporting, and archive management.
• Assist with sourcing activities, requests for quotations, offer comparisons, and supplier communication.
• Support contract management, including document storage and signature processes in Ivalua.
• Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews.
• Contribute to supplier qualification, compliance, sustainability, and procurement process digitization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in procurement, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Available for 6–12 months and enrolled for at least 12 additional months.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS SharePoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organization, reliability, initiative, willingness to learn, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management.
• Good written and spoken German.
